One of my favorite cakes to devour: Fresh Fruit Cake.

A 3-layered moist vanilla bean cake filled with fresh cream and fruits. I love the simplicity of this cake, so pure and delicate. Most of my customers prefer their baked goods not to be so sweet so I always recommend this Fresh Fruit Cake. I love this cake in the summer because the fresh cream melts in your mouth just like ice cream, and then you get the fruits, like a topping. A perfect summer dessert. Simple yet so good.
